HR GA SPECIALIST
We are seeking an experienced expert in the regulation of Labor, Industrial Relationship, Comben, and Management of HR for planning Company Organization, compliance, and creating, making, and designing policies and regulations of the company. Candidate will ensure the plan of the company regulation, develop the company strategy to comply with Indonesian regulation, and guidance the best direction of HR for maintain also growth of company.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment process of all types of employees, from the hiring process until employed.
- Monitoring and developing employees in the company based on requirements for new hiring and employee talent, and employees’ relations.
- Renewal of employee performance appraisal.
- Monitoring and updating the attendance List, time sheet, leave records entitlement as a final summary for salary requirements.
- Develop and evaluate the employee’s talent and employee relations.
- Raising strategy planning, aligned with HR Business and Company Strategy.
- Monitoring the legal compliance related to employees’ contracts, including expatriate formalities, etc.
- Understanding and being able to prepare the Company Regulation as per the Labor Law and regulatory compliance.
- Understanding and being able to prepare the Standard Procedure as applicable and in compliance with the company requirements.
- Prepare/control BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan, Healthcare, insurance, and Life Insurance requirements for staff/contract / freelance employees as per requirements.
- Monitoring Payroll in a timely manner.
- Maintaining general office requirements includes administrative work, office needs, incl. communicating with building management in relation to office maintenance, etc.
- Assisting in legal process, OSS system, coordinating with the notarial or company-appointed lay firm for company documentation/certification requirements, e.g., changing director, changing board, etc.
- Supports in legal and Human Resources opinion and advice for company-based as per regulations compliances.
- Responsible for other matters related to HRGA aspects/matters.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Min Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources/ Legal/ Management Business, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Strong knowledge of Human Resources, including experience related to HR Policy.
- Experience in Industrial Relationship, Permit of Company, People Development, Comben, and GA.
- Possess networking resources, good communication, and made relationships with Indonesian authorities.
- Excellent skill and can work in MS Office (incld. Ms Word, Ms Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good Knowledge and expert implementation related of Labor regulations includes industry standards.
- Strong Leadership; Flexibility, Creativity, Innovative, Judgement, Problem Solving, and communication skills.
- Able to communicate in English, both orally and in writing, is a Must.
- Having experience in industry of Mining, Oil and Gas industry is privilege.
- Able to work in a team and independently.
- Work Location in Jakarta
