Advanced Offshore Services, a company engaged in Subsea Engineering, Construction, Project Management, Diving, and Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV) Services, affirms its commitment to respect, protect, and uphold human rights across all of its operational activities, both in onshore and offshore work environments.

  • The Company ensures that all business activities are conducted ethically, responsibly, and in alignment with internationally recognized human rights principles as well as applicable laws and regulations.
  • The Company is committed to identifying, assessing, preventing, and mitigating any potential adverse human rights impacts that may arise from its operations or business relationships.
  • The Company strictly prohibits all forms of forced labor, compulsory labor, and human trafficking in all its activities and throughout its supply chain. All employment relationships must be based on voluntary consent, transparency, and compliance with applicable legal requirements. The Company also reaffirms its commitment to maintaining a work environment free from any form of harassment, intimidation, discrimination, or inhumane or degrading treatment.
  • The Company establishes that the Board of Directors and Management are responsible for providing leadership, resources, and adequate oversight to ensure compliance with this policy at all levels of the organization. Every employee, contractor, and other relevant parties is required to comply with this policy and actively participate in efforts to prevent and report human rights violations.
